HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
My style is elegant, modern, and warm, with a natural and unposed approach. I capture moments authentically, using a documentary style with an editorial edge. I provide helpful direction, keeping everything relaxed and being a helpful guide throughout your day.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
I am based in the North West of England. I predominately work in the Ribble Valley, Cheshire, Manchester and Liverpool but will happily travel throughout the UK and internationally.
DO WE NEED A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?
I would always recommend opting for a second shooter if you are getting ready in different locations and would like both preparations capturing; if you have a large guest party (over 100); or if you would just love a wider coverage of your day with more angles and moments covered.
HOW LONG ARE YOU THERE FOR ON OUR WEDDING DAY?
My full day package runs from 2 hours before your ceremony until your first dance or 9pm, whichever is first. This allow ample time to cover your preparations and details through to your dance floor. I always stay a little after your first dance to capture those party shots too. If you plan for some after dark shots, such as sparklers or fireworks, which would require me to stay beyond 9pm, drop me a message for a quote for additional hours.
WHEN DO WE RECEIVE OUR PICTURES?
You will receive a preview collection of around 30+ images within 48 hours of your big day. Following that it will be 8-12 weeks before your full collection is ready. I always endeavour to deliver quicker than this but this time frame allows for busy periods and unforeseen delays.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
I would always recommend booking your one-a-day vendors as soon as you have your date and venue secured. These vendors, like myself, will only commit to one wedding per date this means we will become booked up quickly. I limit the number of weddings I take each year so it would be advisable to secure your date as soon as you can.
How do WE BOOK?
If you wish to book Bobtale for your wedding, just drop me an email, DM or complete the contact form. I will send you over a link with all the T&Cs on, a booking form and the booking fee information. I take a £200 non-refundable booking fee for all full day packages. Once the form and the fee are returned, your date is secured.

How does my online gallery work?
With advances in technology, many wedding photographers have switched from delivering physical CD's and USB drives to online galleries (myself included). But why? What's in an online gallery? Can I still get physical print products? Can I save my images to my computer?
Here’s all you need to know!
1. Your online gallery will not expire! Recently, I made the switch to unlimited gallery storage, which means your gallery will be up and available for a long time! You will be able to view your images and easily share with family and friends for many anniversaries to come.
After 12 months, the gallery will be archived. All this means is you can still view your gallery but your images may take a little longer to download. Therefore, I always highly encouraged that you download and backup your photos! From your gallery, you can select to download all of the images - I would recommend storing these to your own computer and also a cloud based account - google photos or likewise.
2. You can order professional lab quality print products too! Your gallery includes an online store where you can choose from a range of print products. You choose the image, the product and order directly from the gallery.
3. Seeing all of your photos in a gallery and in chronological order makes reliving your wedding day that much better!
5. Can I print images myself through somewhere other than the professional lab? Yes - you package includes printing rights. However, your photos are designed to be printed through a professional lab and I cannot guarantee the quality or color accuracy of your prints should you order them outside the gallery.

7. Is my gallery private? YES! Each gallery is password protected, so not just anyone can view your photos. You can share it with who you choose.
